About Noelle

I have been practicing yoga for over ten years. During a challenging time in my life, yoga was the safe space that allowed me to move my body and care for my heart. It is this safe space that has helped me practice self-compassion and meet my body where it is today. 

I completed my 200 RYT under the guidances of Baba Qui and Consuelo Ordaz in the Soul Yoga lineage in 2020. Under their guidance, I completed an additional 100 hours of advanced vinyasa labs, 25 hours of restorative yoga, and 50 hours of prenatal yoga. The Soul Yoga lineage applies vinyasa movement principles with the intent to transcend our koshas, layers of being, and create full being experiences. I have also completed trainings in Rocket and Ashtanga Yoga, which inspire many of my alignment principles.
